Disconnect your Gmail account
You can disconnect Gmail from ExodeK in two ways:
Inside ExodeK
- Sign in at https://exodek.app/login.
- Go to the account / settings area and find your connected Gmail account.
- Click Disconnect. ExodeK will stop accessing your Gmail and the associated stored data will be removed within 30 days.
Directly through Google
You can revoke ExodeK's access from your Google Account at any time, even if you don't use the ExodeK interface:
- Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Find ExodeK in the list of third-party apps with access.
- Click Remove Access. Google will immediately revoke ExodeK's tokens.
After revocation, please also email us at hello@exodek.app so we can complete the deletion of any data ExodeK had already synchronised from that account.
Delete your ExodeK account
To delete your ExodeK account and all associated data, email hello@exodek.app from the email address you used to register. Include:
- The subject line: Account deletion request
- The email address on your ExodeK account
We will confirm the request, complete deletion within 30 days, and send you a confirmation when it is done. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Report a security or privacy concern
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability or a privacy issue affecting ExodeK, please:
- Email hello@exodek.app with “Security” in the subject line.
- Include a clear description of the issue, steps to reproduce, and any relevant URLs or screenshots.
- Do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
We will acknowledge security reports as quickly as we can and keep you informed as we investigate.
What ExodeK supports today
ExodeK currently supports Gmail accounts only. Support for other email providers may be added in the future. When that happens, we will update this page, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service before the new integration becomes available.
What to expect from us
- We aim to respond to support emails within two business days during the alpha period.
- We will not ask you to share your Gmail password. ExodeK only uses Google's official OAuth flow to access Gmail.
- We will never ask you to send your ExodeK password or your OAuth tokens by email.
